About establishment of cost of excise stamp for marking of tobacco products
Based on part one of Item 19 of the Regulations on state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of tobacco raw materials and tobacco products, productions, turnover and use of electronic systems of smoking, liquids for electronic systems of smoking, systems for consumption of the tobacco approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the cost of excise stamp:
1.1. from July 1 to December 31, 2026:
on self-adhesive basis for marking of the tobacco products imported into the Republic of Belarus and marked in the territory of the Republic of Belarus on customs warehouses in the amount of 8 Belarusian kopeks;
for marking of the tobacco products imported into the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 3 Belarusian kopeks;
for marking of the tobacco products (except for filtered cigarettes of the first price group) made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 3 Belarusian kopeks;
for marking of the filtered cigarettes of the first price group made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 3 Belarusian kopeks;
1.2. since January 1, 2027:
on self-adhesive basis for marking of the tobacco products imported into the Republic of Belarus and marked in the territory of the Republic of Belarus on customs warehouses in the amount of 10 Belarusian kopeks;
for marking of the tobacco products imported into the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 4 Belarusian kopeks;
for marking of the tobacco products (except for filtered cigarettes of the first price group) made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 4 Belarusian kopeks;
for marking of the filtered cigarettes of the first price group made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 4 Belarusian kopeks.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2019 No. 25 "About establishment of cost of excise stamp for marking of tobacco products".
