About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026.

4. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the biddings, decisions on which carrying out are made till July 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Regulations on the organization and the carrying out sale of the state-owned or municipal property electronically approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 27, 2012 No. 860 "About the organization and carrying out sale of the state-owned or municipal property electronically" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 36, Art. 4911; 2016, No. 21, Art. 3019; 2017, No. 41, Art. 5947; 2019, No. 21, Art. 2565; No. 43, Art. 6097; 2022, No. 13, Art. 2091; No. 39, Art. 6643; 2023, No. 43, Art. 7731; 2024, No. 27, Art. 3810; 2025, No. 27, Art. 3775):

Item 1 to add 1) with words ", taking into account general requirements to the organization and tendering, the stipulated in Article 17.3 Federal Laws "About Protection of the Competition";

2) in Item 5:

state the subitem "k" in the following edition:
