About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made.

2. To provide to department of social security and social insurance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within three working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) this Item submission of information to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 27, 2023 No. 257 "About approval of Rules of calculation (determination) of the sizes, appointments, payments, suspensions, recalculation, renewal, the termination and review of the decision on appointment (refusal in appointment) the public social benefits on disability and on the occasion of loss of the supporter" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32921) the following changes:

In cases of change of the guardian (custodian) receiving payments for sponsored (ward), incapacity or special disability of which is acknowledged as court, changes of group of disability, the department of the State corporation prepares the draft decision about appointment (change, payment resuming, refusal in appointment) and benefits in form according to appendix 11 to these rules.

In case of change of surname, name, middle name (in case of its availability), birth dates of the receiver in the automatic mode are made changes in TsBD;";
