Based on Items 14 and 17 of the Regulations on activities of cryptobanks approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2026 No. 19, of subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 19, 2022 No. 164-Z "About payment systems and payment services" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the register of cryptobanks of National Bank it (is applied).
2. Determine that the cryptobank in case of submission to National Bank of the statement for inclusion in the register of cryptobanks of National Bank submits the documents provided by subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.36.1 "Inclusion in the register of payment service providers and types of the payment services rendered by them", the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of December 28, 2023 No. 499 (except for statements for inclusion in the register of payment service providers and types of the payment services rendered by them).
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 18, 2026.
