About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713

Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713 "About system of price regulation" the following changes:

Item part one in paragraph one 2, part one and the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of Item 2-1, of part one of subitem 3.9 of Item 3 of the word "48-58, 64 and 65" "45-53, 59 and 60";

in Item 3:

state subitem 3.5 in the following edition:

"3.5. forming of selling price on earlier not made consumer goods by change of the selling price approved according to Items 2 or 2-1 of this resolution, established according to this Item, Items 4-1 or 4-2 of this resolution or applied according to the document which establishes selling prices on acceptance date of this resolution, in proportion to change of the weight (amount) of consumer goods;";

in subitem 3.7 part two "(period)" shall be replaced with words the word "(the period since the beginning of the current year)" in the corresponding case;

in Item 4-2 of the word "allowing to carry according to this resolution consumer goods to new goods" shall be replaced with words "specified in the interlinear note to part one of Item 4-1 of this resolution";

to part three of Item 9 of the word "and at least 35 percent having specific weight of purchases at the population in total amount of procurement turnover in the year preceding reporting" to exclude from the interlinear note;

add the resolution with Item 10-1 of the following content:
