1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Head of Department on ensuring activity of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) to which changes are made.

2. To provide to department of coordination of work of local courts of Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy manager of Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
