1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out identification of clients by cryptobanks on remote basis it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 18, 2026.

1. This Provision establishes procedure for carrying out identification of clients by cryptobanks on remote basis.
2. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and their determinations are used:
biometric remote identification - the identification on remote basis including providing automatic recognition of presence of the living person, processing of biometric sample and biometric template, and also comparison of biometric templates for the purpose of determination of degree of their similarity;
