1. in the Instruction of passing of military service in National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
state Item 80 in the following edition:
"80. Contract cancelation at the initiative of authorized body with the expectant mothers, women having children under three years, the single parent who is bringing up the child aged up to fourteen years (the child with disability up to eighteen years), the other persons cultivating the specified category of children without parent, during staff redundancies (organizational and regular actions) is not allowed.".
2. To provide to the main Command of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within five working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal and rule-making coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
