Determine that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation is the authorized body of the Russian Federation performing issue of confirmation about purpose of goods, the specified in paragraphs eight and the ninth subitem 7.1.91 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning eggplants (badridzhan) (code 0709 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) and pepper of siliculose sweet (code 0709 60 100 1 of the CN FEA EEU) intended for realization (sale) in retail trade (further - eggplants (badridzhan) and pepper siliculose sweet concerning which the tariff privilege is provided).
