About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2023 No. 58

Based on the paragraph of the thirty first No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022

1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2023 No. 58 "About conditions of export financing" the following changes:

add Item with the subitem in) the following content:

"c) to the organizations which are not residents, for payment (including preliminary) the realized (realized) organizations which are not residents, the goods made in the territory of the Russian Federation:

data about which are included in the register of industrial output with the status "goods of the Union State" according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Union State of February 2, 2026 No. 4 "About giving of products of the Belarusian and Russian producers of the status "goods of the Union State" (further - the register of industrial output);

according to license agreements and with use for production by the licensee of the Russian Federation of goods of the resident which is the licensor in case of lack of data on inclusion of goods in the register of industrial output - till December 31, 2026;";

add subitem 1.2 with part of the following content:

"The size of the export loans specified in the subitem in) this Item, cannot exceed costs of the export contract to deliver goods of residents for production of goods according to paragraphs second or third the subitem in) this Item;".
