1. Bring in the Rules of implementation of transactions with electronic money approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 16, 2022 No. 350, the following changes:
add Rules with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. Acquisition of electronic money by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs with transfer of electronic money in e-wallets of these legal entities, individual entrepreneurs in case of issue, distribution of the electronic money emitted by residents can be performed by replenishment of such e-wallets as a result of carrying out payments by physical persons by money for the goods (works, services) acquired by physical persons at these legal entities, individual entrepreneurs.
Repayment to owners of e-wallets - legal entities, individual entrepreneurs of the electronic money emitted by residents can be made by the issuer, agents on repayment of electronic money by means of money transfer to physical persons for the purpose of return in cases, stipulated by the legislation, the money paid to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs by physical persons for goods (works, services) according to the procedure, specified in part one of this Item.";
in Item 27, shall be replaced with words parts one of Item 39 of the word "Acquisition of Electronic Money" "If other is not determined by part one of Item 6 of these rules, acquisition of electronic money";
