About enhancement of state registration of legal entities and investment projects
For the purpose of streamlining of the state accounting and registration of legal entities, enhancement of work on attraction of foreign investments and implementation of the state control of the course of implementation of investment projects I decide:
1. Abolish Public service on foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan, having assigned its functions to the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan.
2. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on procedure for state registration and accounting of legal entities;
structure of the Interdepartmental commission on state registration of legal entities on positions.
3. Create in structure of the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan management on state registration of legal entities and investment projects, having increased the number of staff of employees of central office of the Ministry by 13 units.
4. Determine the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan the legal successor of property rights and obligations of the abolished Public service by foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan.
5. Make changes to the following resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan:
