b) Rules of forming and maintaining the state information resource "Digital Profile of the Foreign Citizen";

c) Rules of access to the data containing in the state information resource "Digital Profile of the Foreign Citizen".

2. Provision of data in the state information resource "Digital Profile of the Foreign Citizen" is performed in process of readiness of information systems of federal executive bodies, state non-budgetary funds, other state bodies and the organizations, but no later than December 1, 2026.

3. This resolution becomes effective since June 30, 2026.

electronic image (scan copy) of the identity document;

the image of face of the foreign citizen received from the electronic medium of information of the identity document;

the image of face of the foreign citizen received by means of photovideo units (further - the photographic image of person);

the identifier of accounting record of physical person in the federal state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication in the Infrastructure Providing Information and Technological Interaction of the Information Systems Used for Provision of the State and Municipal Services Electronically" (further - the identifier of single system of identification and authentication) (in the presence);

insurance number of the individual ledger account (in the presence);

geographical coordinates of the subscriber device of the foreign citizen (width, longitude);

b) concerning the information about the foreign citizen specified in Item 5 of the list:

surname, name, middle name (in the presence) on Cyrillics;

surname, name, middle name (in the presence) in Latin;
