I. Increase in the sizes of the salary, pensions, grants and benefits

1. Increase since July 1, 2026 the sizes of pensions and benefits, and also children's benefits and payments of financial support to the families included in the Social register for 7 percent. At the same time to establish:

(a) the minimum size of old-age pension - 983 000 sum a month;

(b) the minimum size of disability pensions - 1 083 000 sum a month;

(c) the monthly size of children's benefit to the families included in the Social register:

(i) 386 000 sum - on one younger child aged up to 3 years, 295 000 sum - on one child aged from 3 years up to 18 years;

(ii) 177 000 sum - in addition on the second child in family;

(iii) 118 000 sum - in addition on third and each following child in family;

(d) the monthly amount of financial support for the families included in the Social register - 450 000 sum;

(e) the sizes of other pensions and benefits paid to citizens according to appendix.

2. Increase since September 1, 2026 the sizes of the salary of employees of state-financed organizations and grants for 7 percent.

II. Determination of the basic sizes

3. Establish:

(a) since July 1, 2026 the basic size of calculation of pension - 504 000 sum a month;

(b) since September 1, 2026:

(i) the minimum wage - 1 360 000 sum a month;

(ii) basic settlement size - 440 000 sum.
