About payment procedure and the size of the amount of remuneration of the specialized organizations when tendering on the right of the conclusion of agreements and (or) to the right of implementation of certain activities

According to part 12 of article 17.3 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on payment procedure and the size of the amount of remuneration of the specialized organizations when tendering on the right of the conclusion of agreements and (or) to the right of implementation of certain activities.

2. Determine that the Provision approved by this resolution does not extend to determination of amount of remuneration to the legal entities involved for the organization on behalf of the Russian Federation of sale of the privatized federal property and (or) implementation of functions of the seller of such property according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the biddings on the right of the conclusion of agreements and (or) to the right of implementation of certain activities, decisions on which carrying out are made till July 1, 2026.

4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026.
