Paragraphs the tenth and twelfth the subitem 12 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 38, Art. 1141; 2020, No. 17, Art. 653; 2023, No. 103, the Art. 6162) to exclude.
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2016 No. 862 "About state regulation of the prices of medicines and medical products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 95, Art. 3102; 2017, No. 26, Art. 749; 2023, No. 65, Art. 3697):

"1. Enter state regulation of the prices of medicines and medical products which is performed by limiting establishment of wholesale selling prices on medicines and medical products which cost is compensated for budgetary funds, according to limiting Procedure of payments of wholesale selling prices on medicines and medical products, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines and medical products according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, Art. 4230; 2023, No. 65, Art. 3698).";
