About approval of the National program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU)

For the purpose of accomplishment of the obligations of Ukraine provided by the negotiation frame of the European Union approved by the decision of the Council of the European Union of June 21, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the National program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU) (further - the National program) attached to the original.
2. Determine that the Road map concerning supremacy of law, the Road map concerning reform of public administration, the Road map concerning functioning of democratic institutes and the actions plan on protection of the rights of persons belonging to ethnic minorities (communities) of Ukraine some questions of ensuring negotiation process on the entry of Ukraine into the European Union on cluster 1 of "Basis of process of the accession to the EU" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 49, the Art. 3399) are approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 14, 2025 No. 475 ", and actions plans on accomplishment of the recommendations of the European Commission provided in reports on progress of Ukraine within the Packet of expansion of the European Union are component of the national program.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. To provide to the ministries, other central executive bodies, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations (military authorities) with participation of other state bodies accomplishment of the National program and to submit quarterly to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine information on condition of its accomplishment.
