For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for functioning of the current (settlement) bank accounts with the special mode of functioning (further, unless otherwise specified, - special accounts) I decide:
1. Approve Regulations on the mode of functioning of the current (settlement) bank accounts with the special mode of functioning it (is applied).
2. Determine that determination of the mode of functioning of special accounts is performed according to the adopted (published) legal acts, orders of the President of the Republic of Belarus taking into account regulations of the Regulations on the mode of functioning of the current (settlement) bank accounts with the special mode of the functioning approved by this Decree.
3. Operation of this Decree does not extend to the special accounts opened (opened) according to the legislation in the field of ensuring national security and the legislation in scope of special rationing measures.
4. Functioning of the special accounts opened (opened) based on legal acts, the orders of the President of the Republic of Belarus accepted (published) before entry into force of this Decree is performed according to requirements of these legal acts, orders of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
5. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
