1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2024 No. 224 "About procedure for assignment of the State quality label" the following changes:
1.1. in appendix 2 to this resolution:
after the paragraph of the fifth to add appendix with the paragraph of the following content:
"The presidentns deputy chief of staff of the Republic of Belarus supervising questions of social and economic policy";
shall be replaced with words the words "The Chief Adviser of Department of the Light and Woodworking Industry, Technical Regulation and Forestry of Management of Industrial Policy of the Office of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus Supervising Questions of Technical Regulation" "The chief adviser of management of industrial policy of the Office of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus supervising questions of technical regulation";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for assignment of the State quality label approved by this resolution:
add Item 3 with part of the following content:
"The quality label is not appropriated to products containing the geographical instructions which are not connected with the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the name.";
third of item 4 after the word "producer" to add part with the words "in electronic form";
in Item 7:
third to state the paragraph to part one in the following edition:
"The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection - ecological compatibility (effectiveness of system of management of the environment directed to minimization of impact on the environment in case of production and rendering services);";
after part three to add Item with parts of the following content:
"Responsible bodies have the right to send till July 15 inquiries to producers in case of need of refining of information containing in documents of the producer.
