1. To the second offer of the Item 2.1 "Regulations on State Registration of Motorized Vehicles and Their Trail Cars in Accordance with the Established Procedure and Their State Registration" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 39 of March 15, 1999.
