Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1196-VIQD of June 28, 2024 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic" and the Code of administrative offenses of the Azerbaijan Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. To the first offer of the Item 2.1 "Regulations on State Registration of Motorized Vehicles and Their Trail Cars in Accordance with the Established Procedure and Their State Registration" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 39 of March 15, 1999. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 195 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 210, No. 9, Article 1090), after the word "bicycle" to add the word "small electric vehicle".
3. In Item 3.13 of "Rules of conducting inspection, check and testing in case of acceptance of the highways" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 16 of February 7, 2000. (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 2, Article 115 (volume I), words of "the place of the parking" shall be replaced with words "Items (places) of the parking".
