About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About trade and consumer services"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About trade and consumer services" of March 19, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 3, Art. 186; 2014, No. 3, Art. 150; 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 704; 2023, Art. No. 1-3, 12) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 2:
- in paragraph one of the word "food products" shall be replaced with words "consumer (food) goods" and after the words "drinking water", to add with the words "alcoholic drinks";
- in paragraph five to replace the word "system" with the word "base";
- in paragraphs the twenty ninth and thirtieth respectively shall be replaced with words the words "list of data" and "created" "database" and "created".
2. In Article 6:
- in the paragraph the second the words "development and approval of the state concept and strategy" and "directed" respectively shall be replaced with words "document approval of strategic planning" and "directed";
- the fourth to exclude the paragraph.
3. Add Article 7 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"-development and representation to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for document approval of strategic planning in the field of trade and the consumer services aimed at providing food security;".
4. In part 6 of Article 14 of the word "consumption products" shall be replaced with words "consumer goods".
5. In part 6 of Article 16 "food" to replace the word with the word of "consumer".
6. Regarding 1 Article 21 of the word "regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan about anti-monopoly activities" shall be replaced with words "the antitrust law of the Republic of Tajikistan".
