Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About use of atomic energy" of December 23, 2021 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2021, No. 12, h 2, the Art. 718) the following changes:
1. In Items 6) and 29) of Article 1, Item 10) of Article 5 and Item 5) of Article 7 of the word "lifecycle", "lifecycle" and "lifecycle stages" respectively shall be replaced with words "vital stages" and "vital stages".
2. In Item 28) of Article 1 of the word "to licensing of the types of activity connected with all stages of lifecycle of object" shall be replaced with words to "issue of documents of allowing nature for the activities connected with all vital stages of objects".
3. 1) of Article 5 to state Item in the following edition:
"1) issue of documents of allowing nature for implementation of the activities connected with all vital stages of subjects to use of atomic energy;".
4. State Article 10 in the following edition:
"Article 10. Issue of the operating authority, the atomic energy connected with all vital stages of subjects to use
Issue of documents of allowing nature for implementation of the activities connected with all vital stages of subjects to use of atomic energy is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system.".
5. In Items 1) and 4) part 3 and Items 2) and 4) "lifecycle stages", "activities stages" shall be replaced with words parts 4 of Article 17 of the word "vital stages".
6. Regarding 3rd Article 19 and part 5 of Article 23 of the word "lifecycle stage" shall be replaced with words "vital stage".
