About introduction of amendments to articles 2 and 12.2 of the Federal law "About Bases of State Regulation of Trading Activity in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2009 No. 381-FZ "About bases of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 1, Art. 2; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7643; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4206; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8414; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5182; 2025, No. 31, Art. 4705; 2026, No. 5, Art. 386) following changes:

Item 23 of Article 2 to add 1) with the words "or this Federal Law";

2) in Article 12.2:

a) 1 after words "the agreement of the Russian Federation" to add part with the words "or this Federal Law";

b) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Till September 1, 2028 the foreign legal entity, the Russian legal entity whose share of foreign participation in the authorized capital constitutes more than twenty percent has the right to perform activities for research of the goods markets if use of result of activities of specified persons for research of the goods markets is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about taxes and fees, the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs regulation and (or) the regulatory legal act published in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about taxes and fees, the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs regulation.".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
