Based on paragraphs two, third Article part two 6, of Article part one 9, of Article 11, of parts two, the fourth and sixteenth Article 13, of part five of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 No. 441-Z "About credit stories", Item 6 of the Regulations on activities of cryptobanks approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2026 No. 19, of part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 22, 2018 No. 291 "About forming of credit stories and provision of credit reports" the following changes:
1.1. preamble after the word "stories"," to add with words of "Item 6 of the Regulations on activities of cryptobanks approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2026 No. 19,";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for submission of the data which are part of credit history in form 2501 "The data which are part of the credit history" approved by this resolution:
in Item 3 of the word" (further – bank)" shall be replaced with words ", credit deals on which obligation is expressed in digital signs (tokens)";
to add part one of item 4 with words "which results are drawn up in writing";
