Part the second articles 22 after words of "regulations of use of pesticides and agrochemicals" to add 1) with the words "taking into account provisions of this Federal Law";
Article 27 to add 2) with parts three - heel of the following content:
"Till September 1, 2032 use of the pesticides registered till September 1, 2027 in respect of the plants included in the list established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals (further - the list), without modification of regulations of use of pesticides and (or) change of the sphere of their application according to the procedure, established by this Federal Law is allowed.
Are included in the list information on plants to which pesticides are applied according to regulations of their application, and information on plants concerning which use of such pesticides without modification of regulations of use of pesticides and (or) changes of the sphere of their application, with the subsequent inclusion of such information on pesticides in the Register of pesticides and agrochemicals is allowed.
The procedure for forming and maintaining the list, and also criteria of inclusion of plants in the list affirm the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals.".
