1. Approve Regulations on procedure for attraction of person to accomplishment of social jobs and procedure for the announcement of the official warning of the administrative responsibility for evasion from their accomplishment it (is applied).
2. Establish form of the official warning of the administrative responsibility for evasion from accomplishment of social jobs according to appendix.
3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
3.1. Item 35 of the Regulations on procedure for functioning of single state system of registration and the accounting of offenses approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909, after the word is "determined" to be added with words "by absorption of less strict administrative punishment by more strict or";
3.2. in paragraph four of Item 6 of the Regulations on activities of public inspectors of protection of the animal and flora approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2009 No. 688:
exclude figures "16.29,";
after figures "19.1-19.6," to add the paragraph with figures "19.14,".
4. This resolution becomes effective since June 19, 2026.
