About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Civil Registration"

Article 1. Article 13 of the Law of January 19, 2021 No. ZR-66 "About civil registration" (further - the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. Cases and order of registration of acts of civil status outside the service centers are established by the minister.".
Article 2. In article 14 of the Law:
Item 2 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2) will be organized by activities of the agency and exercise supervision of it";
2) Items 3 and 12 to recognize invalid;
Item 11 after words "agency" to add 3) with the words "and service center".
Article 3. In Item 6 of part 1 of article 16 of the Law of the word "methodical management" to replace with the word "management".
Article 4. In article 17 of the Law:
1) to state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. The staff of Service center is civil servants, and their employment relationships are governed by the law "About Civil Service" and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia on public service, and those employment relationships which are not regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia On civil service and/or public service are regulated by the labor law of the Republic of Armenia.";
2) parts 3-5 to recognize invalid;
Part 6 after the words "list" to add 3) with words "(including distribution of the positions operating in these residences)", and after words of "public administration" in the same part to exclude the words "or local self-government".
Article 5. Regarding 1 article 50 of the law of the word "one month" shall be replaced with words "two months", and regarding 4 words "one month" shall be replaced with words "two months".
