About entering of amendment into the Law "About Compensation of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. Article 32 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About compensation of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" to add with part 2.5 following of content:
"2.5. Within six months after approval date of the list of positions of public service of Operational management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in case of appointment of police officers and rescuers to positions of public service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the salary of these employees (the basic salary, allowances, benefits) remains if it is higher than the basic salary established for this position of public service. The size of the basic salary of this government employee is determined by the work of the basic salary and coefficient of the level corresponding to his / her length of service in police or rescue service, respectively, in scale of subgroup of this position as it is determined in Appendix 9 to this Law. The difference between the withheld wages amount (the basic salary, allowances, benefits) determined in this part, and the size of the basic salary determined according to the procedure, established by this Law for the government employees who did not acquire the right to the long-term military pension determined in the Law "About National Pensions" is calculated until payment to this government employee of national pension according to the procedure, established by the law, or till the moment when the size of the basic salary of this government employee determined according to the procedure, established by this Law, exceeds the withheld wages amount which at the moment is considered his / her basic salary.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since February 15, 2026.
