About modification and amendments in the Law "About Rescue Service"

Article 1. Recognize as No. ZR-171 which voided Items 15 and 28 of part 1 of article 5 of the Law of July 8, 2005 "About rescue service" (further - the Law).

Article 2. Add the law with Article 7.1 of the following content:

"Article 7.1. Office of operational management of authorized body

1. The office of operational management is effective in structure of authorized body.

2. The main functions of office are:

1) acceptance, registration, classification, provision of the corresponding consultations, phone calls about emergency situations or accidents, and also information obtained by other methods or methods;

2) transfer on subordination of information specified in Item 1 of this part, and, if necessary, ensuring rapid response;

3) provision of necessary information and the orienting data the employee who came out to the place of emergency situation or accident;

4) in case of emergency situation (its threat), and also when holding actions for protection of the population and civil defense the organization of involvement of police and rescue service, the notification and informing governing bodies and the population, ensuring single public communication, the organization of activities of centralized system of the notification;

5) actuating fully or partially republican plans of civil defense and protection of the population in emergency situations;

6) obtaining, processing and generalization of information on the registered emergency situations or accidents;

7) ensuring event management on protection of the population and civil defense in case of emergency situations, and also actions of police and the rescuers participating in mitigation of consequences of emergency situations;

8) the round-the-clock provision to Authorized body, other interested state bodies and local self-government, to the organizations of information on emergency situations;
