About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Bodies of Homeland Security"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025

Article 1. No. ZR-294 "About bodies of homeland security" (further - the Law) after words "management" to add part 2 of article 1 of the Law of December 28, 2001 with the words "system".

Article 2. To recognize article 4 of the law invalid.

Article 3. In Article 5 and part 1 of article 23 of the law to replace the word "normative" with the word "legal".

Article 4. In parts 4 and 5 of article 7 of the law to replace the word "citizens" with the word "persons", and in part 6 to replace the word of "citizen" with the word "persons".

Article 5. Add the law with Article 8.1 of the following content.

"Article 8.1. Symbols of authorized body

1. Symbols of authorized body are the flag and the coat of arms.
