About entering of amendments into the Law "About Territorial Administration"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 20, 2026
Article 1. No. ZR-252 "About territorial administration" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 17 of the Law of November 14, 2019 with Items 2 and 3 of the following content:
"2) provides realization of the state climatic policy in the region;
3) is provided by fulfillment of requirements, 3 Articles stated in parts 28, of Article 29 and article 30 of the Law on climate.".
Article 2. To add Item 2 of part 1 of article 20 of the law after the words "development" with words ", including inclusion in it of climatic policy".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
