About modification and amendments in the Law "About Foreign Persons"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 1 of the Law of December 25, 2006 "About foreign persons" (further - the Law) the word "live" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-47 "live, including for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law:
1) in the second paragraph to exclude the words "visa or" and "(further - the entrance visa)";
In paragraph three of the word "in the territory for certain term" shall be replaced with words 2) "in the territory during effective period of the document confirming this status";
3) to state the fourth paragraph in the following edition:
"the status of the permanent resident - permission of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia or the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia which grants to the foreigner the right to live in the territory of the Republic of Armenia during effective period of the document certifying this status;";
The paragraph the fifth to declare 4) invalid;
5) to state the sixth paragraph in the following edition:
"permission to stay or residence in the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of implementation of labor activities - the electronic confirmation entered on the electronic platforms operated by authorized body of public administration in the field of migration and nationality which allows the foreigner to receive working visa or the status of temporary stay or to work in the Republic of Armenia during the term of legal stay in the Republic of Armenia;";
6) to state the paragraph the fourteenth in the following edition:
