2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

These rules of recognition of productive activity (engineering procedure) of subjects of industrial and innovative activities are developed by the productive activity (engineering procedure) connected (connected) with subsurface use (further – Rules) according to Item 7-2 of article 278 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About subsoil and subsurface use" (further – the Code) and determine procedure for recognition of productive activity (engineering procedure) for subjects of industrial and innovative activities by the productive activity (engineering procedure) connected (connected) with subsurface use.
