About approval of the state quota of the Republic of Kazakhstan for drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors for 2026
According to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking and abuse of them" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) calculation of requirement of drugs for legal entities for 2026;
2) calculation of requirement of psychotropic substances for legal entities for 2026;
3) calculation of requirement of precursors for legal entities for 2026.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
