About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state social order"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state social order" of December 31, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 12, h 2, the Art. 1016) the following changes and amendments:

2. Add with article 8-1 of the following content:

"Article 8-1. Direct agreements on accomplishment of the state social orders

1. For the purpose of creation of the corresponding conditions for development of social entrepreneurship direct agreements for accomplishment of the state social orders are represented to subjects of social entrepreneurship.

2. Subjects of social entrepreneurship acquire the right to accomplishment of the state social orders only after registration in the register of subjects of social entrepreneurship.".

3. State Article 12 in the following edition:

"Article 12. Responsibility for non-compliance with requirements of this Law

Physical persons and legal entities are made responsible for non-compliance with requirements of this Law according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
