Article 1. No. 1-2, 20, Art. 21, No. 3-4, Art. 156, No. 5-6, Art. 263, Art. 264; 2025, No. 6-10, of Art. 642; ZRT of 17:12. 2025, No. 2228) following changes and amendments:

1. In the paragraph the thirtieth Article 1 and the paragraph the fourth part 1 of Article 9 of the word "governing bodies of education" shall be replaced with words "state bodies of management of education".

2. The eighteenth Article 1 after the word "forms" to add the paragraph with words ", except for organizations of primary and secondary professional education".

3. In Article 8:

- to add part 10 after the word "educations" with words ", except for organizations of primary and secondary professional education";

- add with part 11 of the following content:

"11. Control of observance of requirements of the state educational standards in organizations of primary and secondary professional education is performed by authorized state body in the field of primary and secondary professional education.".
