About measures for settlement of legal status of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of settlement of legal status (status) of the foreign citizens and stateless persons staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with violations of the migratory legislation according to Articles 66, of 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Give opportunity to the foreign citizens and stateless persons staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with violation of the migratory legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic from July 1 to July 31, 2026 to leave the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Determine that the foreign citizen or the stateless person at which effective period of the visa expired of the residence permit or the residence permit is cancelled, there are no documents confirming the right to stay (registration, permission to implementation of labor activity), or using such documents with the expired terms, or evading from departure from the Kyrgyz Republic after the term of legal stay, and also staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic on purpose, not corresponding declared in case of entrance, is exempted from liability, the stipulated by the legislation Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, and also from payment for execution of the exit visa in case of its voluntary departure out of limits of the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in time, established by this Decree.
3. To authorized state bodies in the field of external migration to take exhaustive measures for implementation of this Decree, including for holding information and explanatory actions.
4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
