"20) the greatest value of viscosity on wing (further - HOWV) - the greatest value of viscosity of the liquid intended for removal of ice accretion or prevention of formation of ice accretion which is acceptable according to aerodynamic criteria;
"21) the smallest value of viscosity on wing (further - LOWV) - the smallest value of viscosity of the liquid intended for removal of ice accretion or prevention of formation of ice accretion for which acceptable time of protective action is provided;";
23) to state the subitem in the following edition:
