"6. If to fixed term of submission of documents the total quantity of applicants constitutes less than ten people, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with examination committee has the right to hold qualification examination at the scheduled time.";
- state Item 19 in the following edition:
"19. The applicants conforming to the following requirements are allowed to passing qualification examination:
1) on the appraiser of personal and real estate of the second category:
- the higher education in the field of assessment or the higher economic, legal and technical education or other higher education with retraining condition on assessment;
- the document confirming retraining by assessment and certificates on advanced training by assessment;
- lack of criminal record;
2) on the appraiser of the first category:
