About some questions of import of tomatoes to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to Item 2 of Article 17 and Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", the subitem 11) of Item 1 of Article 6, the subitem 1) of Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Section 10 of appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ratification of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union" I ORDER:
1. Impose for up to June 30, 2026 import ban of tomatoes fresh or cooled (code of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 0702) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan all modes of transport from the third countries, except for import of tomatoes from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, transit transportations tomatoes through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also their movement from the territory of one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union of the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of interaction with Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the competence to take necessary measures for ensuring execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to inform the Eurasian economic commission on application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order.
