Bring in article 48 of the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 No. 114-FZ "About service in customs authorities of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 30, Art. 3586; 2003, No. 1, Art. 15; 2005, No. 14, Art. 1212; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3060; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8792) following changes:

1) in Item 2:

a) the paragraph one of subitem 11 to state in the following edition:

"11) in connection with rough (single rough) violation of office discipline or systematic (numerous) violation of office discipline in the presence of authority punishment which imposing is performed in writing.";

b) add with subitems 15 - 17 following contents:

"15) in connection with the termination of the admission of the employee to the state secret if execution of service duties requires such admission;

16) in connection with the termination of the admission of the employee to the state secret owing to violation by the employee of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the state secret;

17) in connection with making of the offense discrediting honor of the employee.";

Paragraph one of Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. Dismissal from service of the employee of customs authority on the bases provided by subitems 2, of 5, 8 - 13, 15 - 17 Items 2 of this Article, are performed at the initiative of the chief of the relevant customs authority.".
