Chapter IV of the Federal Law of August 15, 1996 No. 114-FZ "About procedure for departure from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 34, the Art. 4029) to add with Article 25.10-1 of the following content:
"Article 25.10-1. Decisions on not permission of entry into the Russian Federation, undesirability of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation are not made on the foreign citizen or the stateless person if the foreign citizen or the stateless person:
1) passes military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming of the Russian Federation;
Passed 2) (passed) military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or other military forming of the Russian Federation and participated (was involved) in fighting as a part of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming of the Russian Federation.".
