According to part 11 of Article 1 and part 7 of article 276 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for return of tax amount on value added to the diplomatic, consular and equated to them representations, and also to the members of their personnel accredited in the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for realization of this Procedure.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 6, 2005 No. 205 "About approval of the Procedure for tax exemption and provision of other tax benefits, value added tax return to the diplomatic, consular and equated to them representations, and also the members of their personnel accredited in the Republic of Tajikistan".
