According to part 1 of Article 212 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List of the types of goods which are temporarily imported with condition of full relief from payment of customs duties, taxes and also conditions of such release it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 5, 1999 No. 355 "About approval of the List of cases of full relief concerning temporarily imported (exported) goods and vehicles from payment of customs duties, the value added tax and excises".
