1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of private detective activities.

2. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

Regulations on licensing of private detective activities

1. This Provision establishes procedure for licensing of private detective activities (further - licensing), the list of licensed requirements, and also the list of gross violations of licensed requirements when implementing private detective activities.

2. The concepts used in this Provision mean the following:

"licensee" - the private detective who filed in the licensing body for the residence petition for modification of the register of licenses for implementation of private detective activities (further - the license);

"the licensing body" - the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or its territorial authority at the place of residence of the license applicant (licensee);

"license applicant" - the individual entrepreneur applying for receipt of the license.

3. For receipt of the license the license applicant shall provide to the licensing body in electronic form with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - the single portal), and in the absence of technical capability - directly on paper or to direct the registered mail with the assurance of receipt the following documents:
