About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine

According to part four of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy", the subitem 16 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363, I ORDER:

1. Bring in Requirements to the report on the analysis of safety of implementation of activities for production of the sources of ionizing radiation approved by the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of August 17, 2001 No. 62, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2001 at No. 774/5965, the following changes:

1) in Chapter 1:

in Item 1.2 of the word "issue or renewal" shall be replaced with words "obtaining (modification)";

in Item 1.4 figures and the words "1.2 Conditions and rules of implementation of activities for production of the sources of ionizing radiation approved by the order Minekoresursov of Ukraine of 20.03.2001 No. 111 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.04.2001 at No. 334/5525" to replace with figures and the words "1.3 Requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for production of the sources of ionizing radiation approved by the order of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of August 13, 2015 No. 148, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 03, 2015 at No. 1054/27499";

2) in the paragraph the second Item 4.2 of Section 4:
