1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of November 30, 2015 No. 599 "About approval of standard regulations on services of internal audit" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12544) the following change:
To be reworded as follows the standard regulations on services of internal audit (further - the Standard provision) approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of methodology of financial accounting, audit and assessment of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
Determine that since July 12, 2026:
the paragraph one of the subitem 14) of Item 13 of the Standard provision is effective in the following edition:
"14) is performed by data analysis of digital systems:";
