About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of operational implementation of the automated systems and the corresponding software for forming of messages on financial transactions

I ORDER:

1. Make changes to item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 04, 2021 No. 322 "About approval of the Procedure for exchange of information concerning financial monitoring", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 06, 2021 at No. 1035/36657, having stated it in the following edition:

"4. This order becomes effective since February 02, 2026.".

2. Make changes to item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 01, 2024 No. 45 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 04, 2021 No. 322", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2024 at No. 252/41597, having stated it in the following edition:

"4. This order becomes effective since February 02, 2026.".

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide the Ministries of Finance of Ukraine to department of antilegalizatsionny policy (AML):

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
