1. Approve the Action plan of the Program of renewable energy resources for 2023-2027 in 2026-2027 it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan within annually allocated funds to the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan and garnet means to take necessary measures for implementation of this Action plan.
3. To the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of areas, cities and areas to take adequate measures on implementation of this Action plan and annually till January 1 to represent information on its accomplishment to the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
4. To the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan annually till February 1 to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on accomplishment this the Action plan.
5. Item 39 of the Program of renewable energy resources for 2023-2027 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 1, 2023 No. 51 "About the Program of renewable energy resources for 2023-2027" to state in the following edition:
